All transactions conducted through www.windowshinecrew.com are one-off purchases for specific, discrete service bookings. We do not offer recurring subscription billing, automatic renewals, or standing periodic membership charges. Each booking represents an independent, single-instance transaction consisting of an initial online advance deposit and a final on-site payment settlement.
3. Booking, Pricing, and Payment Terms
- Pricing: All prices displayed on our website are inclusive of statutory value-added tax (VAT) where applicable under German tax law.
- Advance Deposit: To secure an appointment slot, customers are required to pay an initial advance deposit online through our integrated payment system at the time of booking.
- Final Settlement: Following the completion of the service on-site, the remaining balance of the total fee is due and payable immediately.
4. Cancellations and Rescheduling
- Customers may cancel or reschedule their booked appointments in accordance with our cancellation policy outlined during the booking process.
- If a customer cancels outside the permitted timeframe or fails to provide access to the premises at the scheduled time, the advance deposit may be retained to cover operational dispatch costs.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable German and European law, windowshinecrew shall only be liable for damages caused intentionally or by gross negligence. In cases of ordinary negligence, liability is restricted to the breach of essential contractual obligations (cardinal obligations), limited to the foreseeable direct damages typical for this type of contract. Nothing in these terms excludes liability for injury to life, body, or health.
6. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms of Service and all legal relationships between the parties shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany, excluding the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG). For business entities or consumers whose habitual residence is outside the European Union where legally permissible, the place of jurisdiction shall be Stuttgart, Germany.
