Clients submit photos, glass quantity, business hours, preferred frequency, and priority areas online. After an on-site assessment, a delivery plan is provided.
Customization includes area, quantity, space type, mark type, access conditions, monthly or quarterly frequency, and delivery method. A deposit is paid first when ordering. The deposit is used for the first scheduling and requirement confirmation. The exact amount depends on the actual situation and is set according to area, quantity, mark level, access conditions, frequency, and delivery scope. After the first plan is confirmed, the final payment is settled according to the actual scope. Later visits can be renewed according to the agreed cycle. Online delivery may include photo records, an acceptance checklist, and care suggestions. On-site delivery includes final acceptance.
